How do I track my order?
Upon packing of your order, you will receive a tracking number in your email. You may track your parcel via our courier partner as below:

Please allow 3 business days for your order to be delivered. Do note that this may be longer for East Malaysia and selected remote areas within West Malaysia.
Note : This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!
How long will I get my order?
All orders will be processed the next working day after successful payment. Orders placed during weekend or public holiday will be process on the next business day. This does not take into account for possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
Delivery timeline does not include processing time and subject to courier handling processing time. Usually the orders will arrive to you within 2-3 working days, during normal season, or take up to 5 working days during peak season and holiday season.
To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, contact details including telephone number and email address. Our courier partner might not be able to deliver in a timely and prompt manner if there is an error in the details provided.

Do you offer free shipping?
All orders above RM99 shipped within Peninsula/West Malaysia are entitled for free shipping.
How much will the shipping cost?

Can I cancel my order after it’s been processed?
Unfortunately all orders processed and shipped cannot be cancelled or amended.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
Sorry we are are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Can I deliver to multiple addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your orders separately for each unique address.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives with a damaged or defective item, please contact us . We will be happy to take a look at your order and discuss options!
Note : Do assist to get ready your order/tracking ID, invoice and pictures the damaged items from the parcel for better inspections.
